In December of 2016, Michel Garratt’s mid life crisis evolved into Mayne Island Brewing Company. Michael’s passion for home brewing and expert palette of all things to be savoured and quaffed developed over his 22 years of sales in the BC wine Industry.

   Mayne Island has been home to Michael and Annette and their son Jasper and Daughter Grace since 2005 and the Home Based Business Brewery was the perfect way to involve everyone in the family endeavour. Brewer-Michael brews, cleans and tastes. Artist-Annette hand prints all the Swag and runs the office and tasting room. Jasper and Grace help with bottling, labeling, and much more.
